Calcutta High Court on teenagers

Kolkata – The Calcutta High Court has advised teenage boys and girls that they should control their sexual desires. The Court said that teenagers should restrain themselves from two minutes of physical pleasure.
The High Court acquitted a youth in the case of raping a minor girl. The Court gave the above advice while passing the verdict. It also opined to give sex education to teenage boys and girls. The Court said that the parents should become the teachers and tell the children about bad touch, obscene gestures, etc. The effects of having sex at a young age on health and future childbearing ability should be discussed.
The Court also suggested that the law criminalising consensual physical relations between teenagers above 16 years of age should also be changed. The Court said that we should never think that girls are the only victims in such incidents because boys are also victims of such incidents.

It is unfortunate that the Court has to give such directions to society. Please note that this situation has come upon the Hindu community only because of not teaching spiritual practice and abiding by the Dharma ! |
