Paris (France) – In the last week of June 2023, violence erupted across France after the alleged killing of Nahel, a 17-year-old Arab youth by French Police. During that time, fanatical Muslims did arson by holding the residents of many French cities’ hostage. French President Emmanuel Macron, has given the statistics of the damage caused by this violence. Macron informed to French weekly magazine ‘Le Figaro’ that, “the rioters set ablaze or vandalised 12,031 four-wheelers, as well as 2,508 buildings. This includes 258 Police stations and 243 schools. 800 Police officers were injured in this violence”.
Macron further stated,
1. 3,505 people were arrested in connection with this violence. 1,056 people are still in prison. A third of these rioters are minors. The youngest rioter is a mere 11-year-old boy.
2. 75% of minors are either living in social care or from single-parent families. Dealing with them is a major challenge for France as they are the society of tomorrow.
3. These figures show that the youth’s trust in their parents, school teachers and democratic institutions is declining.
4. Such youngsters should be educated by their parents and teachers by paying more attention. We should help such families. This will enable them to be responsible citizens.
5. Parents of riotous minors also need to be punished.

The riots in France were caused by fanatical Muslims who fled to Europe from Syria, Afghanistan and North Africa. It would not wrong if someone demands the death penalty for such violent followers of a religion that gives a message of peace. |
