Rs 394 crore loan default

Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) – Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation has asked Pakistan’s state-owned aviation establishment, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), to repay a debt of $48 million (about Rs 394 crore). If Pakistan does not pay this amount, the citizens of Pakistan will not be able to undertake Haj pilgrimage. 50,000 citizens of Pakistan will go for Haj.
