A Maulana of a mazar (tomb) advised attacking women to get rid of family torture !

Bareilly (UP) – A man identified as Sajjad Hussain has been arrested by the Police after it came to light that he had attacked women with a blade. A maulana (Islamic scholar) of a mazar (tomb of an Islamic pir or fakir) had advised Sajjad to attack women with blade to free himself from family torture.

This Maulana had also asked Sajjad to carry out this act on Thursday night and Friday. The Police said that 4 women were injured in the attacks by Sajjad in the last 3 weeks. Besides the arrest of Sajjad, the concerned Maulana has also been made an accused.
