Prayagraj (UP) – News Channel ‘Times Now’ reported that notorious gangster Atiq Ahmed threatened the Police after his third 19-year-old son was killed in an encounter by the Special Action Force of Uttar Pradesh Police. “Let me come out of prison, then I will show the police officers who killed Asad, what a chair (political power) is?”, said the report. Earlier, Atiq was in Court when he was told that Asad had been killed. There he sat on the ground and started crying.

Asad’s body was buried at Prayagraj on 15th April. At that time, his grandfather and other relatives were present. They were allowed to enter the graveyard after verifying their identity cards. Everyone’s details and photographs were taken. Drones and cameras were used to keep watch over the burial site. Atiq also wanted to be present. He was angry that he was not permitted. ‘Zee News’ reported that Atiq said, “Let me see my son once. Let me see him on TV or mobile. It is my right to see my son. Allah is watching everything. Allah will not forgive you. You are finishing off my family.”
