Another case of ‘Love Jihad’ comes to light in Gorakhpur !

Gorakhpur (UP) – Another case of Love Jihad has come to light in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur. A Muslim youth, hiding his religion and name, lured and raped a minor Hindu girl. The victim girl has filed a Police complaint against the accused. On the basis of this complaint, the Police registered a case against the accused and started a search.

1. The victim girl has said in the complaint that a Muslim youth named Abdul Kallu befriended her 2 years ago by falsely claiming to be a Hindu. Abdul trapped her into love by luring her. He then threatened her and married her. Later, when it came to light that he is in fact a Muslim, he started pressurising the victim girl to convert.
2. One day, the victim took chance, ran away, and came to her father’s house. She narrated the whole incident to the family. Her father then lodged a complaint at Khajni Police Station.
