Muslims attacked the Police in Shamli, UP for arrest attempt of notorious gangster Jabaruddin

• Jabaruddin escaped snatching Police’s pistol
• Six people arrested

Shamli (UP) – Local Muslims attacked the Haryana Special Task Force (STF) personnel who had gone to arrest gangster Jabaruddin in Kertu village in Shamli District and seized their weapons. The Police were also beaten up. 3 Policemen were injured. The Muslims let the accused Jabaruddin escape from Police custody. Police have arrested 6 people in this case. The seized weapons have also been recovered. A case has been registered against a total of 40 people. Many crimes have been registered against Jabaruddin. A reward of Rs 25,000 has also been announced for his whereabouts.
