Government had appealed to stop the yatra considering the increasing infection of Covid-19
New Delhi – In a meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 22nd December 2022, Congress took notice of the resurging threat of the Covid-19 pandemic. Owing to this, Congress has alleged that the Central Government is targeting the Bharat Jodo Yatra citing the concern of Covid-19. Congress party has referred to the letter written by Union Minister of Health Mansukh Mandaviya to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. In this letter, Mandaviya has appealed to Rahul Gandhi to reconsider his Bharat Jodo Yatra due to the possibility of a resurgence of the Covid-19 infection.
