Forced to chant ‘Allah-hu-Akbar’
Hyderabad (Telangana) – A video showing Himank Bansal a Hindu student being beaten up by some Muslim students and forced to chant Allah-hu-Akbar in a hostel room has gone viral on social media.
In the incident reported at IBS Institute, A case was registered on 11.11.2022 by Shankarpally PS, agansit the culprits under the provisions of 307, 342, 450, 323, 506, R/W 149, IPC and Sec 4(I),(II), and (III) of the Prohibition of Raising Act of 2011. Five students have been arrested and a case has been filed with the Police. In this case, 20 students have been suspended from the college.
