The countries that do not recognise terrorism do great injustice to countries that are prey to terrorism : India

Arindam Bagchi, Spokesperson, Indian Foreign Ministry

India expresses its hard anti-Pakistan opinion !

New Delhi – “When states do not recognise such dangers, either because of self-interest or indifference, they undermine the cause of peace, not promote it. They also do grave injustice to the victims of terrorism,” said  India’s Foreign Affairs Ministry on the 8th of October. “All serious and conscientious members of the global community have a role and responsibility to call out international terrorism, especially of a cross-border nature,” said Arindam Bagchi, the Spokesperson of the Indian Foreign Ministry.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in his press conference put forth the Kashmir issue saying there was an infringement of human rights in the Kashmir Valley. Germany’s Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbocak was also present for this press conference.

He added,

1. The Indian Union Territory of Jammu-Kashmir has borne the brunt of such terrorist campaigns for decades.  These terrorist activities continue even now.

2. Foreign Nationals have been victims in Jammu and Kashmir, as also in other parts of the country. The UN Security Council and FATF are still pursuing Pakistan-based terrorists involved in the horrific 26/11 attacks.

3. When countries do not recognise such dangers, either because of self-interest or indifference, they undermine the cause of peace, not promote it. They also do grave injustice to victims of terrorism.

Editorial viewpoint

Putting the topic of terrorism in front of the world has not benefitted India as no country is willing to help India in this connection. Accepting this fact, will the Indian Government realise that the only alternative is to annihilate Pakistan, the nurturer of Jihadi Terrorism ?
