A Muslim man sexually abused a minor Hindu girl in Sonbhadra (UP)

Sonbhadra (UP) – In Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra District, a Muslim man named Sarfaraz lured a 15-year-old Hindu girl and sexually abused her. After the victim got pregnant, Sarfaraz pressured her to convert to Islam and get married. Police have arrested Sarfaraz in this case.

This incident took under the jurisdiction of Pannuganj Police station of Sonbhadra District. Here the victim was staying at her grandfather’s house. Sarfaraz, a friend of the victim’s maternal uncle, used to visit their house. He persuaded the victim and had physical relations with her. The entire incident came to light after the victim became pregnant. Even then Sarfaraz tried to pressure the family of the victim girl. But the family of the victim girl filed a complaint at Pannuganj Police station without any pressure. Sarfaraz threatened to kill the victim girl’s family.
