8-year-old Hindu girl gang-raped in Pakistan; her eyes gouged out

Islamabad (Pakistan) – An 8-year-old Hindu girl was gang-raped, and her eyes were gouged out in the city of Umerkot in the Sindh province of Pakistan. The girl is undergoing treatment at a Government hospital in Hyderabad, Pakistan and her condition is critical. A Hindu human rights activist has circulated a video of the girl on social media. In this video, the girl is seen being taken to the hospital on a stretcher. This girl belongs to Bhil community. Local Police have not arrested any of the accused yet.

• If such an incident had happened with a Muslim girl in India and had the rapists been from other religions, India would have been questioned and criticised by the Islamic world; however, Indian Government keeps mum in such incidents !
