
Varanasi (UP) – The Muslim side continued its pending arguments in the Gyanvapi case at the District Court on 30th May. Following this, the Court has adjourned the hearing till 4th July. The Hindu Party will present its side on 4th July. A hearing was held on 30th May to decide whether the trial is fair or not ?

Fast Track Court hearings were also postponed
The Fast Track Civil Court also heard the petition filed on 30th May, although the Court adjourned the hearing until the 4th of July. According to this petition, Gyanvapi Mosque should be handed over to Hindus.
Demand to register a case against Anjuman Intezamia Mosque committee
The Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangha has filed an application with the Special Court of Chief Justice in the case of Gyanvapi. It has demanded that a case be registered against the Anjuman Intezamia Mosque committee, responsible for the Gyanvapi Mosque. According to the complaint, the committee violated the Religious Places Act, 1991.
