Geneva (Switzerland) – Russia presented a resolution concerning the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). India, remaining firm on its stand of being neutral, did not vote. Along with India, 13 other countries did not vote.

On the other hand, fearing Russia’s anger, Israel has refused to give the spyware software, Pegasus to Ukraine.
