The Divine play of Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj and the vision of His disciple Paratpar Guru (Dr) Jayant Athavale

In 2013, I used to listen to Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj’s bhajans to get rid of spiritual distress I was experiencing. At that time, my average intellect could decipher the meanings of the bhajans in a limited way.

I used to feel that if seekers listen to these bhajans after understanding their meanings, it would help them in imbibing bhav.

Once I went to Paratpar Guru (Dr) Jayant Athavale and asked Him if I could write the meanings of the bhajans – whatever I had been able to understand. At that time, He had said not to do so since there were plenty of other important satsevas to attend to. I had, therefore, kept aside the thought of writing the meanings of bhajans as I had understood.

In 2020, revered (Late) Dada Dalvi’s daughter, Mrs Ulka Bagwadkar expressed her wish to publish the implied meanings of H.H. Baba’s bhajans. Now, in 2021, this Text is being published.

The implied meanings of the bhajans have been written as directed by H.H. Baba; therefore, this Text is enriched with bhav and has become a perfect Holy text on the subject.

It seems as if this is H.H. Baba’s Divine play through the medium of (Late) Dada Dalvi and his daughter Mrs Ulka Bagwadkar for seekers and devotees to understand the meaning of His bhajans.

Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale had known in the Year 2013 itself that there would be someone who would explain the meanings of H.H. Baba’s bhajans in the future. This proves that He is a Seer !

I also felt that my unfulfilled wish of writing the meaning of H.H. Baba’s invaluable bhajans was being fulfilled by H.H. Baba and Paratpar Guru (Dr) Athavale.
