Memorandums given to the Government in 137 places

Mumbai – Members of several devout Hindu organisations in Bangladesh and many others in India staged protests against the jihadis’ communal violence in Bangladesh. 15 States – New Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal, Meghalaya, Tripura, Orissa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, etc. joined the protest demanding stringent action on the jihadi attackers and protection of the minority Hindus in Bangladesh.

So also, as a part of this protest, memorandums were sent from 25 places and 112 online to Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India and S Jayshankar, Minister of Foreign Affairs. HJS and more than 37 Hindu organisations in the country and devout Hindus had joined the protest.

Protest against attacks on Hindus through Twitter
It has been observed that on Twitter there was a tremendous outrage against jihadi in Bangladesh. Hindus in India, Bangladesh, and other countries had joined the protest spontaneously. Thousands of Hindus tweeted #SaveBangladeshiHindus which reached millions of Hindus.
