‘Islamic State of Khorasan’ has religious fanatics from India too : Commander of the Islamic State of Khorasan

Editorial Comments

  • Were Indian security forces sleeping till a large number of religious fanatics from India join a Jihadi terrorist organisation in an Islamic country ?
  • These Jihadis can carry out terrorist activities here with the help of supporters in India. Hence, the Government should dig them out from their roots !

Kabul (Afghanistan) – US news agency CNN interviewed a commander of the Islamic State of Khorasan (The territory comprising north-eastern Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan). The commander said, “This organisation (IS-K) also has Indian citizens (religious fanatics). There is no threat to our organisation in Kabul and we are not being interrogated in any way”.

It has already been revealed that 14 Indians were also involved in the suicide bombing at Kabul airport. It has come to light that many religious fanatics from Kerala had gone to Afghanistan and Syria to join the Islamic State.

Enforcing Sharia is our main objective !

“Our main objective is to enforce Sharia law”, the commander said in an interview on condition of anonymity. Those who are with us to enforce Sharia law are our brothers. We have already declared war on those who are against it. (It should be noted that since Hindus are ‘Kafirs’, they are the enemies of Jihadi terrorists ! – Editor)

We have not joined hands with the Taliban : Islamic State of Khorasan

The commander added, “600 terrorists are working under my leadership. These include many Pakistanis, Indians, etc. In some places, we are even fighting the Taliban. We have not joined hands with the Taliban. We are not willing to work with the Taliban. The Taliban is under the influence of many foreign powers. Yet the rise of the Taliban will encourage the rise of the Islamic State. It will help us expand faster than before, and we will be able to take further action”.

Our jurisdiction is just limited to Afghanistan

“Will you operate internationally ?”, the journalist asked. “Our jurisdiction is limited to Afghanistan. So I can only give you information about Afghanistan”, the commander said.
