Pokhran (Rajasthan) – Delhi Police arrested a 34-year-old Habeebur Rehman Khan, who was supplying vegetables to an Army base camp, on espionage charges. Habeeb Khan was giving away confidential information to Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. Highly confidential documents and pictures of the military base have been seized from him. The investigation revealed that Paramjit Kaur was providing information to the accused, which he was forwarding to a person called Kamal. It is reported that Habeeb had also visited Pakistan. (It should be investigated that even after visiting Pakistan, how did Habeeb Rehman get the contract of a vegetable vendor at a strategic place like an Army base camp? – Editor) The accused is being questioned and some other suspects have also been arrested.

Habeebur Rehman Khan is a resident of Bikaner and he participates in some social activities. He has been getting contract work for the past several years. He had got a contract to supply vegetables to ‘Indira Kitchen’ of the Army base camp in Pokhran.
