India’s Permanent Representative to the UN Parvataneni Harish told Pakistan that, pakistan’s former foreign secretary today habitually made inappropriate references to the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. References given repeatedly will neither confirm their claim nor support their actions of cross- border terrorism. Pakistan’s terrorist mindset is well known and this reality will not change.
