Teaching : Which of the two spiritual practices is superior – meditation or chanting ?
Explanation : Chanting is superior to meditation because of the following reason –
Continuity in spiritual practice : Meditation (Samadhi) is not a continuous state, whereas the spiritual practice of chanting goes on continuously. Continuous spiritual practice is very necessary to become one with the Infinite Principle (Akhanda-tattva).
