Foundation stone laying allowed

New Delhi – The Supreme Court has issued a stay on the construction of new Parliament building planned on 10th December; while allowing the foundation stone laying ceremony by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This project is called ‘Central Vista’. Supreme Court has expressed displeasure against the centre for arranging the stone-laying ceremony even before the verdict on the petitions on expansion of the Parliament was out.
