Patna (Bihar) – Bihar’s newly formed Government had rolled out the cabinet berths after swearing-in ceremony of the CM and few other Ministers in which JD(U)’s Dr. Mewalal Choudhary was appointed as Education Minister. However, this decision came under heavy criticism since his name was surfaced in the corruption case of assistant professor recruitment process. Following which, Dr. Choudhary offered resignation of his ministerial post just within two days. In his response, Dr. Choudhary said that any case is proven only when either the chargesheet is filed or after court passes the sentence. He also added that neither a chargesheet has been filed against him, nor any case is registered.
