Offence registered against ‘Eros Now’ for portraying Navratri in a vulgar way

The Government is expected to intervene by taking the lead and act against such culprits for disrupting the social order !

Mumbai – An offence has been registered against an entertainment and streaming platform ‘Eros Now’ for posting vulgar and derogatory content on social media in its Navratri  campaign. Eros Now has apologised after facing the outrage of netizens.

FIR is registered against ‘Eros Now’ and producer Krishika Lulla by the BJP spokesperson based in Mumbai – Suresh Nakhava; a copy of which was spread on social media.

Advocate Chandni Shah has also registered a complaint under IT Act Sec. 67(A), IPC clauses 153(A), 295(A), 504, 505 and 506. She informed about it through a tweet.
