Mumbai – An offence has been registered against an entertainment and streaming platform ‘Eros Now’ for posting vulgar and derogatory content on social media in its Navratri campaign. Eros Now has apologised after facing the outrage of netizens.
Filed a Criminal Complaint against @ErosNow & @krishikalulla regarding cybercrime offences and hurting the sentiments of Hindus.

FIR is registered against ‘Eros Now’ and producer Krishika Lulla by the BJP spokesperson based in Mumbai – Suresh Nakhava; a copy of which was spread on social media.
Advocate Chandni Shah has also registered a complaint under IT Act Sec. 67(A), IPC clauses 153(A), 295(A), 504, 505 and 506. She informed about it through a tweet.
