Leh (Ladakh) – Indian Defence forces caught a Chinese soldier of People’s Liberation Army (PLA) at the LAC at Demchok sector of Ladakh. The soldier is identified as Wang Ya Long and is a resident of Zhejiang province. The civil and military documents are received from him. He repairs firearms. It is being sought, if he was on an espionage mission. After the investigation, he will be returned to Chinese officials as per the established protocols. (Previously an Indian soldier was refused to be released after he was caught by China. Considering this India should also now take stringent action in this case. – Editor)
