New rule enforced by the Indian Railway

New Delhi – Indian Railway introduced new reservation or cancellation rules from 10th October 2020. As per the new rule, now passengers can reserve or cancel the ticket up to five minutes before the departure of the train. This new rule will apply to all new trains starting from 10th October.

The preparation of the second booking chart moved to 30 minutes before the departure of the train, effective from 10th October. This period was two hours before departure, due to the coronavirus pandemic, until now.
