Dhule, Maharashtra – Goons brutally assaulted police personnel with kicks and punches while they were performing official duty at a rural hospital. The incident took place at Jaitane in Sakri taluka. A video of the assault and scuffle has gone viral on social media. A case has been registered at Nizampur Police Station against four persons involved in the attack. Three accused have been taken into custody, while one accused is absconding.
Some people were arguing among themselves at the rural hospital around midnight. After learning of the dispute, the police reached the spot and told them not to quarrel.
The suspects then argued with the police themselves. Threatening that they would get them transferred, they attacked the policemen.
