New Dehli – India reported huge spike of corona cases after the relaxation in lockdown. Surpassing Russia, India now ranks third in the world for the number of cases of corona. On 5th July the number of corona cases reported in India were 6,90,396 while Russia had 6,80,282 corona cases. At present, the U.S stands the worst hit across the world with the number of cases amounting to 3,040,833 and Brazil being the second worst hit, with 1,626,071 corona cases as of 7th July 2020.
In India, Maharashtra State has the highest number of corona cases.
