Crimes cannot be prevented merely by punishing criminals; providing them Dharmashikshan (Education on Dharma) so as to make society sattvik (Spiritually pure) is necessary. This fact has not been realised by the rulers so far ! There would be no criminals in the ‘Hindu Rashtra (Nation)’ since everyone will be educated on Dharma (Righteousness) !
