Blast in temple during Shanidev puja

Dhaka – The organisation ‘Bangladesh Jatiya Hindu Mahajote’ (Bangladesh National Hindu Grand Alliance) has informed that two Hindus were killed in two separate incidents in Bogura and Cox’s Bazar on 6 and 7 March.
The General Secretary of Bangladesh Jatiya Hindu Mahajote, Mrityunjay Kumar Roy, said that on 6 March, a Hindu man named Chayon Rajbhar (40) was stabbed to death by religious fanatics following a land dispute in Sariakandi in Bogura district. The deceased, Chayon Rajbhar, was the director of a local training centre named ‘The New Contest’.
On 7 March, in Cox’s Bazar city, another Hindu youth named Ganesh Pal (29) was stabbed to death by jihadis for refusing to pay extortion money.
In another incident, a blast occurred at the Shri Shanidev Temple during puja. (Bangladesh Nationalist Party’s government, led by Tariq Rahman, has recently assumed power in Bangladesh; yet the killings of Hindus continue. This exposes the hollowness of the rulers who deny responsibility by claiming that the killings of Hindus in Bangladesh are political in nature ! It is evident that this amounts to a genocide of Hindus ! – Editor)
Earlier, in the Alankar area of Chattogram city, a Hindu youth named Akash Das was killed for opposing extortion by labourers. In the Badurpara area of Chandanaiish sub-district in the same district, a Hindu named Chandan Dey was shot dead by religious fanatic Muslims when he tried to prevent the theft of cattle, the organisation stated.
