Will go to Court against all organizations and media that defame us : Sanatan Sanstha

  • Sanatan Sanstha’s defamation over Union Govt’s financial assistance to its ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ event

  • Opposition to ‘Vande Mataram’ is going on to please Muslims : Sanatan Sanstha

New Delhi – The Congress has been upset over the Union Government giving Rs 63 lakh to the Sanatan Sanstha for organizing the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’. The Congress held a press conference in this regard and defamed Sanatan Sanstha. Now, the Sanatan Sanstha has decided to go to Court against the Congress, as well as the communist and anti-Hindu media. Abhay Vartak, Spokesperson of the organization, told ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ that Sanstha condemns those who defamed it. It is also sending legal notices to those who spread false propaganda against Sanatan Sanstha, and those who spread fake news that ‘Vande Mataram’ was not sung in the concerned event. The Sanstha will take strict legal action against all of them. They will have to be responded within the framework of the Constitution.

Abhay Vartak said,

1. The event, held in Delhi in December 2025, was attended by representatives of more than 1,000 organizations working in the social, cultural and spiritual fields across the country. Thousands of dignitaries from Delhi also attended the event.

2. The national song ‘Vande Mataram’ completed 150 years. A grand exhibition was organized on this occasion as part of the programme. There was a collective singing of Vande Mataram and during this time, some Congress leaders felt that if they oppose the singing of Vande Mataram in this programme, the Muslims will be happy. This is why some Congress leaders have started opposing us.

3. Some people with communist ideology are also opposing us. The same organizations that acquired many plots of land in different parts of the country during the Congress Government and organized so many grand events under the sponsorship of the Government, through which they slandered Hindu Dharma, are today opposing the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav. This is surprising and unfortunate.

‘Sudarshan News’ will also go to Court

The Chief Editor of ‘Sudarshan News’, Suresh Chavhanke, also addressed the Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav. Congress and communist media are also making unfounded allegations against Chavhanke. They reported Chavhanke having made statements that he actually did not. Therefore, Chavhanke will go to Court against them. He told ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ that he would file a defamation suit against the English newspaper ‘The Business Standard’.
