Hindu Rashtra, just like The Hindavi Swarajya, is needed to prevent injustice against Hindus – Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

While speaking on the topic of ‘conceptual foundation of Sanatan Rashtra’, he exposed the oppression of Hindus under the guise of secularism.

Bharat Mandapam, Delhi (News.) – Today, the preamble of the Indian Constitution mentions that ‘this country is secular’; however, discrimination based on caste is quite evident from Article 25 of the Constitution. That means, separate rules, separate provisions, etc., have been made for minorities. Such discrimination is quite contradictory and is of no use in a secular country. This Congress-generated contradiction is a fraud and amounts to cheating 100 crore Hindus. Establishing a Hindu Rashtra, on the lines of the Dharma-based Hindavi Swarajya established by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is the only panacea to prevent injustice against Hindus in various ways, including this issue.

This ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnaad Mahotsav’ has been organised to make a strong resolve to become dynamically proactive for that, said the national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Shri. Ramesh Shinde. He was speaking on the topic of ‘conceptual foundation of Sanatan Rashtra’ at the ‘Sanatan Rashtra Shankhnad Mahotsav’ on 14 December. On this occasion, Mr Shinde succeeded in tearing the veil of the unjust secularism with his thought-provoking presentation and gave important insights to the devout, dharmik Hindus present.

The ninth Peethadheeshwar of Shadani Darbar in Chhattisgarh, PP (Param Pujya – His Holiness) Yudhishthirlalji Maharaj, General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Shri Vijnanand Swamiji, Founder of ‘Pavan Chintan Dhara Ashram’, Pujya Dr Pawan Sinha, Founder of ‘Save Culture Save Bharat Foundation’ and former Information Commissioner Shri. Uday Mahurkar, Sachchidanand Parabrahm Dr Athavale’s spiritual successors, Shri Satshakti (Mrs) Binda Singhbal and Shri Chitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil were present on this occasion.

Mr Ramesh Shinde’s rips apart the hollow secularism in India !

1. While ratifying the Constitution, there was a suggestion to insert the word ‘secular’ in it. On this, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar had categorically said that the Constitution was being ratified so that India could run ideally. The Constitution is not a personal manifesto. Inclusion of the word ‘secular’ would end the flexibility in the Constitution. Hence, ‘secularism’, which has come from other foreign countries, should not be included in the Indian Constitution. Despite this, Indira Gandhi, while inserting the word ‘secular’ at the time of initiating the 46th Amendment in the year 1976, but retained the same old date on the page of that constitution which amounts to gross deception of all Hindus.

2. Maulana Mahmud Madani of ‘Jamiyat Ulema-e-Hind’ says, “In 1940, the Nehru Committee had agreed to the demands of the ‘Jamiyat’ office bearers that an independent Indian state would preserve the interests of Muslims. When Pakistan became independent, just as India was about to become a ‘Hindu Rashtra’, we all met Gandhi-Nehru. We told them emphatically that we wanted a ‘secular’ state in India that would preserve the interests of Muslims as promised in 1940. They agreed to that.” This explains how secularism came to India. The point to note here is that Barrister Jinnah demanded an independent country. Having accepted that, they should have removed the promised option, ‘state for the benefit of Muslims’; but the Congress stabbed Hindus in the back by not doing so.

3. If India is secular today, why are only Hindu temples taken into custody? Why does the Government oppose the lighting of a lamp on a temple in Tamil Nadu?

4. Recently, the Karnataka Government passed a bill against ‘hate speech’. Till now, only Hindu loyalists have been booked for ‘hate speech’ in the country; but why do slogans like ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ (beheading) not considered as hate speech? Udayanidhi Stalin talks about uprooting Hinduism; but it is not taken as a ‘hate speech’. No action is taken against the Congress Minister, Priyank Kharge in Karnataka for making anti-Hindu statements. This means that the laws here are used only to suppress Hindus.

5. A few years ago, the ‘Prevention of Targeted Violence Bill’ was introduced in the Lok Sabha. It contained clauses imposing restrictions on the majority to protect minorities. Although this bill had to be withdrawn, it has taken the form of secularism in which the laws and provisions are unjust to Hindus and exploit Hindus.

6. Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has included 99 percent of Muslims in the ‘Other Backward Classes’. Today, in the country, Other Backward Classes include 61 castes of Hindus while 179 of Muslims. That is, anti-Hindu rulers snatched away even the constitutional rights of Hindus.

 7. Establishing a Dharmik Hindu Rashtra that will serve the true interests of Hindus, believes in the motto ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (The world is one family), considers everyone equal without favouring anyone, and punishes traitors the way Chhatrapati Shivaji used to punish, is the real solution to prevent all this. This Shankhnad Mahotsav is being held precisely to reaffirm that resolve.

1. Mr Ramesh Shinde said that such a festival related to the Hindu Rashtra being held in the ‘Bharat Mandapam’ is a historic moment.

2. Mr Shinde also raised the question, when will action be taken against those non-Hindu people’s representatives who do not stand up during the national song in Parliament, even as we celebrate the centenary of the golden jubilee of ‘Vande Mataram’? If they can salute the ‘Father of the Nation, Gandhi, why such denial in saluting Mother India?

3. During this session, a short film related to the changes made in the preamble of the Constitution, the trajectory of ‘Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind’, the statements of Maulana Madani, etc was screened; this facilitated a quick understanding of this matter.
