Suppression of minorities in India ! : Pakistan’s routine theatrics

Pakistan’s frenzied outburst over Shriram temple flag hoisting !

Islamabad (Pakistan) – Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has claimed that the construction of the Shriram temple in Ayodhya and the hoisting of its flag are part of the “oppression of minorities in India” and a deliberate attempt to “damage Muslim religious sites”. Referring to the demolition of the Babri Masjid, it described the Babri Masjid as a “historic place of worship”.

Appeal to the United Nations

Pakistan has demanded that the United Nations and other international organisations intervene, citing alleged Islamophobia, offensive statements, and atrocities against minorities in India. The Pakistani Foreign Ministry has also urged India to take responsibility for preserving mosques and Islamic cultural heritage. (The scarecrow-like United Nations should not attempt to intervene in this matter; and if it does, it must remember that India will issue a strong response ! In fact, India should demand that the United Nations intervene regarding the Hindu temples in Pakistan and the mosques of the Ahmadiyya sect of Muslims ! – Editor)

The state of Hindu temples in Pakistan

While Pakistan is shedding tears over the Babri Masjid, it remains silent on the condition of Hindu temples in Pakistan. Muslims have seized many Hindu temples, including Sharda Peeth, the 150-year-old Jagannath Temple in Karachi, and the Mohan Temple built in 1930 in Rawalpindi, and these temples are now on the verge of extinction. The Pakistani Government has never raised its voice about any of this; instead, it keeps highlighting that “mosques in India are under threat”.

Editorial Perspective

India refuses to bow to Pakistan’s theatrics ! Instead of beating its chest over Babri, Pakistan should first address the pathetic state of Hindu temples in its own country !
