Head of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) organization killed : False claim by Pakistan

Pakistan airstrike in Kabul (Afghanistan)

Kabul (Afghanistan) – An airstrike by Pakistan was carried out here. According to Pakistani media reports, Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud, the head of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), was killed in an airstrike by the Pakistani Air Force in Kabul; however, he is actually alive and has released an audio message after the attack, calling it a Pakistani lie. Mehsud has led the TTP since 2018 and is accused of working with the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Along with Mehsud, two TTP commanders, Qari Saifullah Mehsud and Khalid Mehsud, are also claimed to have been killed. There is also talk of damage to nearby houses and civilian casualties.

No casualties – Taliban government

Taliban government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said that explosions were heard in Kabul city. However, there is no reason to worry as everything is under control. The incident is being investigated. So far, there have been no casualties.

Attack likely as Taliban Foreign Minister Muttaki arrived on week-long visit to India

Afghanistan’s acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki arrived in India on October 9 for a week-long visit. This is Muttaki’s first high-level delegation visit to India since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan in August 2021, from October 9 to 16, 2025. The day the visit began, Pakistan attacked the Afghan capital Kabul. It is being said that this attack was carried out as a warning to India and Afghanistan.

Editorial Perspective

TTP carries out terrorist attacks in Pakistan; therefore, Pakistan attacks TTP’s base in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan; however, the same Pakistan retaliates against India when India carries out similar actions against terrorist bases in Pakistan. This is Pakistan’s duplicity !
