Hindu organisations vandalised the tomb in Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh) because the tomb was a former Shiva temple !

Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh) – On August 11, activists of Hindu organisations vandalised the tomb of Nawab Abdul Samad here because it was a former Shiva temple. They also worshipped  Shiva here. The administration had put up barriers to protect the tomb, but all those measures fell apart before the approaching large crowd of activists. The vandalism was followed by stone-pelting.

Hindu organisations claim that there was a temple of Deity Shiva and Shri Krushna there a thousand years ago. They changed the temple form into a tomb. The BJP District President claimed that Hindu organisations vandalised the tomb in Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh) because the tomb was a former Shiva temple !

Hindu organisations said that the lotus flower and trident symbols in the tomb proved that it was a temple. The District President had said that the tomb was a temple. After that, a controversy arose. No complaint or case was filed in the police station or court regarding the claim that it was a temple.
