Tel Aviv (Israel) – If Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had been within our reach, we would have killed him, said Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz in an interview with Channel 13.
Katz further said, ‘Israel wanted to eliminate Khamenei, but we didn’t get the opportunity to do so’. When asked whether Israel sought approval from the US for such an action, Katz responded, ‘We don’t need anyone’s approval for such things’.
If Iran attacks again, we will launch a massive strike

Issuing a warning to Iran, Katz said that if Israel perceives any threat from Iran, it will strike again. ‘And that strike will be 100 times bigger than what we’ve carried out in Gaza or Lebanon’, he warned.
