Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s announcement
Kolkata (Bengal) – The Waqf Amendment Act will not be implemented in Bengal, announced the state’s Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee while speaking at a Jain religious programme.
Beware of those inciting people against national unity !
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that she would take steps to protect minorities and their property. She knew they were unhappy (angry) with the implementation of the Waqf Amendment Act. She assured nothing would happen in Bengal that would divide the society so that they can govern. It is our job to protect the people living in Bengal. She appealed to all to refuse anyone trying to incite them to unite for the nation. She assured that she would protect the people and their property. If we stay together, we would succeed in conquering the world.
Waqf Amendment Act won’t apply in Bengal! – Big statement from CM Mamata Banerjee!

Editorial PerspectivePlease note that those claiming to be the protectors of the Indian Constitution are disowning the Constitution ! The Union Government must impose President’s Rule in Bengal to crush such a separatist attitude of opposing the law passed by the Parliament in an authoritarian manner. |
