Joint operation by the Revenue department, Police department and Municipal Corporation

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – “The administration will take the initiative to search for Bangladeshi citizens in the District. For this, a meeting of the Police, municipal corporation and revenue department will be conducted. A house-to-house survey will also be conducted by these three departments. Bangladeshi citizens will be searched, and action will be taken against them,” informed Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat on January 20 th . A few days ago, Kirit Somaiya had stated that a large number of Bangladeshi citizens were residing in Sillod.
Action will also be taken against those who help Bangladeshis
Shirsat added, “We will go door to door for 15 days and collect information. There is a gang that is issuing fake Aadhaar cards in many places in the District. They will also be searched through this. Therefore, after 15 days, not a single Bangladeshi will live in this place. In this case, whether in Sillod constituency or in my constituency, if there are Bangladeshis, action will be taken against them, action will also be taken against those who help them.”
