Pro-Hindu organisations to hold ‘Maha-aarti’ if permission is given to Urus on Vishalgad

Kolhapur – Entry at the Vishalgad has been banned for the last six months and a curfew has been imposed too. Pro-Hindu organisations will hold ‘Maha-aarti’ if the State Administration allows ‘Urus’ celebrations on Vishalgad, warned pro-Hindu organisations in a meeting held at Shri Lakshminarayan Mandir by ‘Hindu Rashtra Samanvay Samiti’. It was also decided in the meeting to demand firm stand on Bangladeshi Hindus by the Government and to stage demonstrations across the District; besides, meeting elected representatives to free Vishalgad from encroachments. The meeting was also addressed by Sadguru Swati Khadye, Sanatan Sanstha’s Dharmapracharak.

Representatives of many pro-Hindu organisations and political parties viz. Hindu Ekata Andolan, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Shri Shivpratishthan Hindustan, Bharat Raksha Manch, Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction, Hindu Mahasabha, Shriram Sena, Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, Shiv Sena, BJP, Bajarang Dal, Shree Sampradaya etc. attended the meeting.
