In this Article, some photos of Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Mukul Gadgil from the years 2008 to 2022 have been given. See them in the same sequence. From these photos, I have tried to study how She has undergone a spiritual transformation during the 15 years of Her sadhana (Spiritual practice) journey.
1. Various components of Her sadhana such as bhav, sadhana in the subconscious mind, yearning for sadhana, ego, distress caused by negative energies and trigunas (The three basic components of Sattva, Raja and Tama)
An individual’s ongoing sadhana is tested by its components. They are – bhav (Spiritual emotion), sadhana in the subconscious mind, yearning for sadhana and level of ego. In an average individual who does not perform sadhana, the components of bhav, sadhana of the subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana are 0%, while his ego is high, meaning, 30%. In the present phase of Kaliyug, the components of bhav, sadhana of the subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana can at the most be 30%. Retrospectively, a average individual has to perform sadhana to increase these three components up to 30% and to progressively reduce his ego from 30%.
An individual’s distress caused by negative energies is entirely the culmination of his prarabdha (Destiny). When the distress is more, sadhana is spent in overcoming this distress. Sadhana increases the Sattva component in an individual and reduces the Raja and Tama components proportionately.

3. Analysis of the changes in the components of sadhana observed in Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil
3A. When Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil’s spiritual level was less than 60% (Photo of 2008)
It can be seen from the table above that even though Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Gadgil’s spiritual level was less than 60%, She had the components of bhav, sadhana in the subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana in good measure.
The component of sadhana in Her subconscious mind shows the extent of Her communion with God, while yearning for sadhana shows the liking for participation in the Guru’s mission, meaning, performing samashti sadhana.
Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil commenced sadhana in 2000. She was then suffering from severe distress caused by negative energies. During the next 8 years, till the year 2008, Her sadhana was going on well due to the components of bhav, sadhana in the subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana; however, it was expended in alleviating Her negative energy distress. In 2008, She had higher extent of ego and Raja-Tama components.
3B. Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil at 61% spiritual level (Photo of 2011)
Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Gadgil attained the spiritual level of 61% in 2011. Then the components of bhav, sadhana in Her subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana increased; simultaneously, the extent of Her ego and distress caused by negative energies reduced. At that time, the percentage of Her Sattva component did show a rise; yet, it was less than the Raja-Tama components put together. Till this stage Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil mostly performed the satseva of obtaining Divine knowledge for Sanatan’s Texts.
3C. Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil attaining Sainthood (Photo of 2013)
Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil began Her samashti sadhana in 2012. She commenced the satseva of travelling in Maharashtra and Karnataka to study the treasures of cultural heritage, find ways to preserve them, film them and interview the authorities of the Hindu Muths, temples, pilgrimage centres, etc. Her satseva of obtaining Divine knowledge from the subtle realm continued even then. Due to Her samashti seva, Her virtues of developing closeness with authorities and telling people about Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale’s mission of establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’, getting help for this mission, spreading Spirituality, etc. received scope for further development. Therefore, in 2 years, She progressed fast spiritually and became a Saint in 2013. Then, the component of yearning for sadhana suddenly increased by 15% and became 40%, made possible because of Her samashti sadhana. Simultaneously, Her ego and distress caused by negative energies reduced. At this stage, the percentage of Her Sattva component became more than Her Raja-Tama components put together.
3D. Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Gadgil attaining the level of Sadguru (Photo of 2016)
From 2014 onwards, Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil started travelling across India to preserve the heritage of Hindu culture and the scope of Her samashti mission increased even further. She became more pervasive. Due to Her immense efforts, She began to get the guidance of Saptarshis through the medium of Nadipatti for establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’. These sadhana efforts culminated in Her reaching the level of Sadguru in 2016. At this stage, Her ego became negligible, and the negative energy distress was completely eliminated. Seeing Her photo at this stage of Her sadhana reveals this aspect.
Getting instated as Sadguru marks the end of the mission at the level of the trigunas of Sattva, Raja and Tama and commencement of the mission at the nirgun level. At this level and after, the percentage of trigunas cannot be calculated, and hence, they are not mentioned in the table.
3E. Saptarshis conferring the title of Shrichitshakti (Photo of 2022)
From 2015 onwards, on the advice of Saptarshis, Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil commenced Her Divine tours all over India and abroad. Having darshan of various Deities, seeking their blessings for establishing the ‘Hindu Rashtra’, protection of seekers, etc., and obeying the Saptarshis became Her well-defined task. In 2020, Saptarshis addressed Her as a Spiritual Heir to Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale and as ‘Shrichitshakti’.
The table shows that at this stage, the components of bhav, sadhana in Her subconscious mind and yearning for sadhana have reached the highest level. This itself is the divinity in Her ! Saptarshis always mentions the fractional presence of Goddess Shri Mahalakshmi in Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil, and always praises Her qualities.
If you look at the photos of Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil given here year wise, you can easily see the growth in Her sadhana and the development of Her incarnate nature. We are literally drawn and get riveted to Her final photo. This is very much the sign of divinity !
4. Gratitude
It was by Guru’s grace that I was inspired to study Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil’s photos. For this grace I express gratitude at the Holy feet of the three Gurus of Sanatan Sanstha, namely Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale, Shrisatshakti (Mrs) Binda Singbal and Shrichitshakti (Mrs) Anjali Gadgil.’
