Police register a case against elderly Hindu man
Mumbai – An old Hindu man serving free food outside the Tata Hospital here was asking everyone to say ‘Jai Shriram’ while serving the food. Hindus said ‘Jai Shriram’ while accepting the food, but a Muslim woman refused to say ‘Jai Shriram’. When she was asked to say ‘Jai Shriram’, she shouted at the old man asking if the land belongs to his father. The old Hindu man replied ‘Yes, it is my father’s land; is it your father’s land ?’ The incident was filmed by a so-called secular journalist who told the old man that his behavior was inappropriate. (Note that when Muslims oppose Diwali celebrations, journalists don’t report it; but pseudo-secular journalists make a hue and cry when Hindus take any steps to protect their Dharma – Editor). The old man told the journalist that the woman was dishonest. However, the Mumbai Police promptly registered a case against the old Hindu man over this incident. There are mixed reactions regarding the incident on social media.
