Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun spews venom
New York (US) – “The time and date of my death are written on my forehead. No matter how much I am threatened, I will not stop pushing for a referendum on Khalistan. India is still plotting my assassination. I am still at risk from India,” said Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, leader of the Khalistani terrorist organisation ‘Sikhs for Justice’. He made these accusations during an interview with a Canadian news channel.
Pannun further said,
1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said in the Parliament that whoever goes against India, action will be taken against him and he will be killed. (India should now take strict action against those who try to tarnish India’s image by making such blatantly false statements – Editor) On the other hand, Sanjay Kumar Verma, India’s former High Commissioner to Canada, said, “We do not take any actions on the soil of any country that would violate their laws.”
2. There was an assassination attempt on me in the US. During the investigation, the name of R&AW operative Nikhil Gupta came up.
3. Sharpshooters were hired to kill Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Nijjar, who was advocating for a separate country for Punjabis, was assassinated. He was a prominent leader of the Khalistan referendum movement. Nijjar had been declared ‘wanted’ by the National Investigation Agency.
4. The Indian Government is in constant contact with the ‘Counter Intelligence Wing’ of the Punjab Police. The Government wants to have me killed by the Sikhs themselves. Despite this, I will not stop pushing for the Khalistan referendum.
Editorial PerspectiveIf there was any truth to Pannun’s claims, he would not be alive to say this. India would have already sent him to the afterlife. |
