To remain in Police custody till October 24

Pune – 21 Bangladeshi nationals who were living illegally in Ranjangaon Industrial Colony area on Pune-Nagar road were arrested by Anti-Terrorism Wing of Pune Rural Police and Ranjangaon Police. Documents required for residence have been found with them. The Court ordered to keep them in Police custody till October 24. A case has been registered against them. They possess fake Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, voter cards etc. documents required for residing in India. Investigation is ongoing to find out who gave them these documents. (Action should also be taken against those who provided all these documents to the Bangladeshi citizens – Editor).
In this operation, 15 men, 4 women and 2 transgenders have been taken into custody. In the investigation, it has been revealed that they had infiltrated. Voting card has been confiscated from them.
