Moscow, Russia – India is an old friend of Russia. Russia has special strategic partnership relations with India. Nebenzia, Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations expressed the belief that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Russia will further improve bilateral relations between the two countries. Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Nebenzia, recently addressed a press conference on the occasion of Russia’s acceptance of the presidency of the United Nations Security Council for the month of July. Nebenzya said, ” We are cooperating in many areas and I think this meeting will have a concrete discussion on all those issues. This visit will further improve Russia-India relations. This will be Prime Minister Modi’s first visit to Russia in 5 years. He last visited Russia in the year 2019.
