Delhi HC orders to vacate illegal mosque and madarasa before demolition

To be demolished after a month

New Delhi – Delhi High Court has ordered to vacate illegal mosque and madarasa at Saraye Kale Khan, Hazrat Nizamuddin, New Delhi, within a month. Both the buildings will be demolished. These buildings are on the encroached Government land. The Court dismissed the petition challenging this demolition order. The Court told the petitioner that no further extension would be granted in this regard, because this land is required for public purposes.
