A petition has been filed in the Civil Court to shift the Meena Masjid from the site. The petitioner claimed that this mosque has been built on the land of the Keshav Dev temple.
Hindu expect that the Central Government should survey all the mosques built on Hindu Religious sites, bring out the truth, and give the Hindus their true rights.
The Court is going to appoint a senior advocate as the Commissioner and two advocates as assistant commissioners on the survey commission. There will also be competent officers in this survey commission along with the petitioners and the respondents.
Till today Shrikrushna had been worshipped at a different place from His birthplace. If permission to worship Shrikrushna in Shrikrushnajanmabhoomi was denied, then living in this world was useless for him. He had pleaded to permit him to die.

The Allahabad High Court has directed all the lower Courts in Mathura to resolve all the pending cases related to the Janmabhoomi immediately.
