Tel Aviv (Israel) –2 bombs were dropped near Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence in the northern city of Caesarea. The explosives landed in the garden outside the house, however, no casualties or major damage were caused. At the time of the incident, neither Netanyahu nor his family was at home. The attack is under investigation, and authorities are assessing the circumstances surrounding the incident. This is not the first security breach targeting Netanyahu; on October 19th, an attempt to attack his residence using drones was thwarted. That attack was claimed by the Iranian-backed Hezbollah.
Following this latest incident, Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz condemned the act, stating that the enemy had “crossed all limits.” He emphasized that security agencies have been directed to take stringent actions to address such threats.
