Moscow – Alexander Dugin, the political mentor of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has called upon India to restore its great Hindu culture. Speaking to Russian state media, Dugin, a political scientist and philosopher, stated that the concept of Vedic culture is all-encompassing, and its revival would contribute to the establishment of a multipolar world. He emphasised that Russia has consistently supported a decentralised system opposed to the dominance of the United States, thereby challenging American supremacy.
