
Mumbai – A living voter was declared dead in Mumbadevi constituency. Anthony Brigenza, who had come from Goa for a special vote, was shown dead next to his name; but finally, after a dispute, he was allowed to vote. The incident took place at a polling station in Mumbai Central in Mumbadevi constituency.
Anthony Brigenza, who lives in BIT Chawl, Mumbai Central, had gone to the polling station; but Brigenza was shocked to see that he was shown dead. No one was ready to listen to his words. He had also voted during the Lok Sabha elections. Social activist Santosh Daundkar helped him and showed his documents. After that, the election officials were convinced. After that, Brigenza was able to vote.
