The Allahabad High Court has issued directions to all Courts of Mathura !

Mathura (UP) – The Allahabad High Court has directed all the lower Courts in Mathura to resolve all the pending cases related to the Janmabhoomi immediately. A time period of 4 months will be provided to resolve them. This hearing was conducted based on the petition filed by Manish Yadav on behalf of Bhagwan Shrikrushna. As per this petition, all the related cases pending before the Court should be unified and a single hearing should be conducted in order to complete this case. The Court has given the above order based on this.

The Court has been directed to pass the judgement even if the Muslim side does not show up for the hearing !
During this hearing, the Sunni Waqf board and other related parties were not present. The Court directed that ‘In case the Muslim side does not present itself, we will pass the judgment directly in their absence’. Judgement will be given on the 19th of May by the Mathura District Court regarding the dispute between the Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi and the Shahi Idgah Mosque.
