The construction of illegal mosques cannot occur without support from Government and administrative levels. Therefore, strict action must be taken against those responsible.

Jahazpur Municipality has issued a notice to the owner of the mosque. He has been ordered to submit the land ownership and mosque erection documents at the municipality office within 24 hours.

Reportedly, 3 floors have been illegally constructed on top of a mosque in Sanjauli. Shimla Municipal Commissioner Bhupendra Atri said that only one floor was allowed here.
